SHIPPING:

1.      DOMESTICS: We ship via USPS and DHL Express within the United States .  There may be additional charges for shipping to Alaska , Hawaii , and Puerto Rico. 

2.      INTERNATIONAL: International shipping is subject to country's Value Added and Tax policies.  Customers will be responsible for any ensuing costs from international shipping.

3.      C.O.D:  Collect on delivery orders will be charged $8.00 by Delivery Company in addition to shipping charges.

4.      If your ship-to address is P.O., A.P.O., and F.P.O.  Boxes, please choose US Postal Service as your shipping method, since this is the only way we can ship the order to you.

5.      If the item you ordered is out of stock, we reserve the rights to ship the order in multiple shipments as we fill our inventories.  You will be notified of such action, and will have the option to cancel parts or the entire order.

6.      To ensure timely delivery of your order, we reserve the rights to change or swap the shipping partner(s) at any time, before or after the order is placed, should they failed to fulfill the delivery time commitments due to unforeseen events such as inclement weather, business operation, bargaining strike, or Holiday schedules.

7.      We offer free domestic shipping (except HI, AK, and PR) for orders valued over $199.99. A refund check in the shipping amount will be included with your order.

REFUSED PACKAGE:

For C.O.D. shipments please have payment available for delivery personnel.  All refused packages are subject to a $25.00 fee which must be paid before future orders are shipped. 

All Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

RETURN/EXCHANGE:

1. Non- Defective, Un-opened Merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and is subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.  Please contact us within 5 days of delivery receipt for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
2. To Exchange, the merchandise must be in its original condition, un-opened, and in its original manufacturer's packing.  There will be a 20% handling fee for all exchanges.  Please call within 5 days of delivery receipt for an RMA

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

For your immediate enjoyment, we test all electrical components for manufacturer's defects before shipping them out of our warehouse.  However, there are times when we cannot break the manufacturer's seal on the package for testing, or when the defect would not turn up until actual usage.  If this happens, you will have 2 options:

1.      If the defect is found within 30 days of the in-store purchase or delivery receipt.  Please bring or send the defective product back to our store in its original condition & manufacturer's packing for an even exchange.  We will charge a $10.00 shipping and handling fee if we have to ship the merchandise back to you.

2.      AT ANY TIME, if product is defective, the customer can call the manufacturer direct and request a replacement or repair IF THE MERCHANDISE IIS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.  Please look in materials that came with the product for the manufacturer's return/replacement policy and contact procedures.

FURNITURE and PEDICURE SPAS

1.      Furniture and Pedicure Spas are considered special orders.  Please inquire on availability before ordering to ensure prompt service and delivery. 

2.      If we do not have the item you want in stock, it will take us about 4 to 6 weeks to fulfill your order, and we will require full payment at the time of purchase.

3.      Furniture, Spas and large equipments will be shipped via truck or ground shipping

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No personal check will be accepted.   Cashier's Check or Money Order will be accepted, however, subjected to a 10 days clearance period. We reserve the rights to charge any account that carries more than $10 negative balance and over 30 days past due.

PRIVACY:

Your personal information, such as shipping and email addresses, phone numbers, etc..., collected from our website will be kept confidential, and will only be used to communicate with you concerning your order.  We do not sell to, or share your contact information with any one outside of our organization.

SALON & PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT:
You must log in with your salon/professional ID in order to see the lower prices, and to receive the discounts, you must agree to all of conditions described below.  Please read, and check the appropriate box when you register:

1. Certain products offered here are for professional beauticians only, and I agree to provide my business and/or State Board license information for verification before my order is shipped.
2. There is no minimum purchase; however, my order will be shipped to a business address only.
3. Verified professional orders shipped to residential address will be charged an additional $7.
4. The information provided in my registration is true and accurate, and I will not share my account details with anyone.
5. I agree to these terms and conditions, and understand that order cancellation due to frauds or deceptions on my part will be charged the greater of $15, or 10% of total price as processing fee.
